How do I order an item not listed?
If the item you are looking for is not listed, please use the Info Request form to let us know what you are looking for. We will get back to you within two business days.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Currently all ecommerce items are shipped UPS ground. A faxed order can be shipped next day for additional charges. Most orders take approximately 1 week.
What is the return policy?
Items in new condition may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Due to our unusually low prices, a restocking fee may apply to certain items.
How are warranties handled?
All warranties are handled by the manufacturer.
Can I order my gages with certification?
Many products include a factory compliance letter. Calibration "long form" certificates can be quoted.
