How can I get a catalog?
Catalogs are available for a nominal shipping and handling fee.

How do I order an item not listed?
Email the requested item description and part number for a quote. A response will include cost and instructions for mail or fax order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Currently all ecommerce items are shipped UPS ground. A faxed order can be shipped next day for additional charges. Most orders take approximately 1 week.

What is the return policy?
Items in new condition may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Due to our unusually low prices, a restocking fee may apply to certain items.
