can I get a catalog?
Catalogs are available for
a nominal shipping and handling fee.

do I order an item not listed?
Email the requested item description
and part number for a quote. A response will include cost and instructions
for mail or fax order.

long will it take to receive my order?
Currently all ecommerce items are shipped UPS ground. A faxed order can be
shipped next day for additional charges. Most orders take approximately 1
week.
What is the return policy?
Items in new condition may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Due to our
unusually low prices, a restocking fee may apply to certain items.

is the exchange policy?
Items in new condition may be exchanged within 10 days of receipt. A restocking
fee may apply to certain items.
How
are warranties handled?
All warranties are handled by the manufacturer.
Can I order my gages with certification?
Many products include a factory compliance letter. Calibration "long
form" certificates can be quoted.
