Webber Angle Gage Blocks permit fast, simple, and accurate measurements of any angle. They are far superior to sine bar measuring methods, which involve trigonometric formulae and complex stacks of gage blocks.
Angle gage blocks come in
three accuracies, croblox® Lab Master Angle Blocks with a 1/4-second accuracy,
steel Inspection Grade Angle Blocks with 1/2-second accuracy, and steel Toolroom
Angle Blocks with 1-second accuracy. Each grade can be purchased in sets that
will measure in steps of one second, one minute or one degree to suit any need.
(See angle block use and specification information below.)
Laboratory Master Angle Blocks croblox®: 1/4-second accuracy
Inspection Grade Angle Blocks Steel: 1/2-second accuracy
Designed for optical or highest-accuracy laboratory use, and as standards of
measurement for autocallimators, spectrometers, etc., they are unsurpassed for
use in aerospace, optical, and precision instrument fields. These blocks are
checked for accuracy in a constant temperature of 68° F (20°C) against
master blocks which have been calibrated by optical means to an accuracy of
.1 second
Toolroom Angle Blocks Steel: 1 second accuracy
Designed for shop and Toolroom use, on work in the machine or in final inspection,
they reduce set-up time and minimize error in grinding both simple and compound
angles
